What is Forged Wheels
Forged wheel is a production process of wheel hub. Precision technology, high strength and light weight. Because the forging process is complex, the manufacturing cost is relatively high. High end cars generally use forged wheels.
The manufacturing process of forged wheel is: first heat the aluminum block to a certain temperature, press it into a blank with a forging press, and then spin it into shape. Compared with one-piece forging, multi piece forging will be heavier and have higher requirements for assembly.
